As Managing Director of AVANA Group, his journey has been shaped by a passion for entrepreneurship, a belief in people and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in healthcare. Beyond building successful businesses, he takes pride in nurturing talent, creating opportunities and empowering individuals to realise their potential. For him, true success is not measured by business growth alone, but by the people developed, the relationships built and the lasting impact created along the way.
With over 25 years in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, Manish is a passionate, resilient and results-driven sales leader. Known for leading from the front, building high-performing teams and a never-give-up attitude, he consistently goes the extra mile to create value, exceed customer expectations and drive sustainable business growth.
With over two and a half decades in marketing and business leadership, he brings a rare blend of strategic vision and commercial acumen, building brands and translating market opportunities into business success. At AVANA, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening market leadership, championing innovation and advancing the adoption of cutting-edge healthcare solutions in India.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning sales, marketing, and medical education, he is passionate about connecting people, knowledge, and innovation. At AVANA Medical Devices, he has been instrumental in building educational platforms, strengthening international partnerships, and driving professional excellence through meaningful learning initiatives. He believes in empowering teams, encouraging fresh perspectives, and translating collective expertise into meaningful progress for healthcare professionals.
A long-standing member of the Avana family, he has been part of the company's journey for more than a decade, growing with it through every stage of its expansion. Beyond finance and accounts, his responsibilities now span administration, legal, compliance and regulatory matters, giving him a broad view of how the business runs. His steady commitment to Avana is built on accountability, teamwork, professional ethics and a solution-oriented approach.
He heads Avana's IT and service functions, keeping the company's systems and networks secure and running, while leading the technical team that installs, maintains and repairs capital equipment such as arthroscopy and visualisation systems for hospitals. His focus is minimal downtime for the operating theatres that depend on this equipment, and quick, reliable support whenever surgeons and hospital teams need it. He takes ownership of every service commitment and builds a team that solves problems with transparency and a drive for continuous improvement.

MovMedix, the maker of the LARS (Ligament Advanced Reinforcement System) ligament, is based near Dijon, France. Its knitted PET (polyethylene terephthalate) prostheses are used to reconstruct and reinforce ligaments and tendons. All are sterile and supplied in a range of sizes.
